Secondary School #18 named after Alisher Navoi, Osh, Kyrgyzstan.

The C5+ONEed program brought together teachers from five Asian countries and provided us with valuable experience and opportunities. This program truly opened new doors for me and became a powerful platform for both my professional and personal growth. Through this experience, I was able to rediscover myself and learn many new teaching methods.
During the program, I successfully conducted two PD sessions, which was a great achievement for me. Both sessions were focused on the topic of Teaching Reading, and they were very engaging and interesting for our audiences. The first session was delivered for school teachers, while the second one was conducted for university teachers.
One of the most valuable experiences was working in a co-teaching format together with Gulzar Osmonova. We collaborated very effectively, understood each other well, and complemented one another throughout the sessions. This experience showed me how powerful teamwork can be in delivering meaningful and interactive lessons. Phase 3 of the program especially helped me strengthen my leadership skills and supported my professional development. It allowed me to grow as both a teacher and a future trainer.
In addition, the program helped me learn the fundamentals of becoming a trainer and boosted my confidence. The webinars, training sessions, and supportive environment made a significant contribution to my professional growth. This experience opened many doors for me and inspired me to continue improving myself. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the organizers, mentors, and participants of the program.
