I was honored to take part in the C5+ONE program in Almaty with experienced and impeccable trainers - Marbella Trejo (USA) and Jill Neuendorf (USA).

Through this program, I gained valuable knowledge and skills, including creating a positive learning environment for students and applying new teaching techniques. The most unusual and valuable part of the training for me was learning how to create a lesson plan using the CARE framework. What stood out most was the focus on differentiation, which provided me with practical strategies to address the diverse needs of my students more effectively.

As a young English teacher, this experience was truly essential for my growth and development.
