Rosa Aronson works as an English Language Specialist with the U.S. Department of State.
Rosa Aronson
Her current assignment includes leadership training for the Board of Directors of a newly formed association of English teachers in Vietnam. Between 2010 and 2017, Aronson served as executive director of TESOL International Association, where she launched several successful strategic initiatives, including a global Summit on the Future of the TESOL Profession, an expansion of the TESOL Affiliate network, multiple international conferences and events in collaboration with ELT organizations around the world, and the development of a book series, the 6 Principles of Exemplary Teaching of English Learners.
Her career in Education began as an EFL teacher in France and continued in the USA in professional educational organizations. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Foundations of Education, a Master’s degree in Education, and a Master’s degree in English Linguistics. In 2015 she was named Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives (FASAE) in recognition of her service and leadership in association management. She is a certified Association Executive (CAE), a title givento professionals who demonstrate the knowledge required to be successful in association management. She has lived on three continents and is bilingual (French).
Sarah Rogerson
Sarah Rogerson is Director of Assessment at Oxford University Press. She has worked in English language teaching and assessment for 20 years and is passionate about education for all and digital innovation in ELT. As a relative new comer to OUP, Sarah previously worked at Cambridge Assessment in a role that was focussed on transformational assessment. Prior to this, Sarah worked in Vocational Education in the UK and also as an English language teacher in Taiwan. Sarah is really excited about the Oxford Test of English and how well it caters to the 21st century student.

Tatyana Zenkova
Tatyana Zenkova is Professor of English as a foreign language at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, Department of foreign philology and translation studies; candidate of philological sciences (PhD). Her specialty areas are linguistics, pre-service teacher education, theory and practice of intercultural communication. She is also graduation research advisor in linguistics. In addition to teaching, T. Zenkova has directed a wide range of projects related to language-culture relationship. Her current research is a study of how language and culture shape gender stereotypes.

Rob Dean
Rob has been involved in ELT as a teacher, director of studies and teacher trainer since 1994. During this time, he has taught a wide variety of ages and levels in numerous countries in Europe and South East Asia, and is currently based in Poland. Rob has taught a wide variety of course types, from primary to adult, including exam preparation, EAP and English for business and professional purposes. He has numerous interest areas within the world of ELT, including teaching teenagers and young learners, teaching with technology, language and culture and task based learning. Rob now works as an independent international teacher trainer and methodology consultant, and travels widely delivering talks, workshops and seminars – as well as online webinars - to teachers all over the world.

Assiya Sulkarnayeva
Assiya Sulkarnayeva is the Head of English Language Sector, Associate Professor, Candidate in Phil.Sci. (PhD) at Kazakhstan Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Astana. Being a professional in English teaching, she has gone through all the stages from a school teacher to a university lecturer. The main areas of professional interest: Theory, Practice and Methods of teaching English at all levels (school, university, MA and PhD); Language Theory; English Literature; Lexicology; Comparative Studies; Sociolinguistics. Assiya is the author 20 published books and manuals on learning and teaching English as well as more than 130 research papers on somatic nomination, language theory, methods of FL teaching published in English, Russian, Kazakh, French and German languages. Awards: Bolashak International Program Scholarship (Essex University, UK, 2010); certificates of appreciation and university letters of gratitude (Kokshetau State Univeristy, Gumilyov Eurasian National University, 2008-2012); RELO USA Embassy travelling grant (2016, 2017); Kazakhstan National Project ‘100 New Faces’ (regional tour winner, 2017).
