Phase 3: Networking, Collaboration, and Professional Development Activities

September 2025 – May 2026

During this period, I conducted three professional development sessions: one for pilot schools in  Kostanay region, one for my English Department, and one for teachers across  Kostanay oblast. All three sessions focused on Social Emotional Learning (SEL), a topic that I truly enjoy exploring and discussing. I was really inspired by the teachers’ active participation, commitment, and genuine interest in the topic. Their positive feedback gave me energy and motivation to continue creating engaging sessions and sharing new ideas with my colleagues in the future.

I would also like to thank my C5+O.N.E. Educator community for their continuous support. Before delivering my PD sessions, they were carefully observed by our mentor and my TAG group members, whose valuable feedback helped me improve and refine my presentations.

Finally, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the KazTEAssociation, World Learning, and American Councils for making this program such an inspiring experience filled with collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful connections with outstanding educators from Central Asia and around the world.
