SUCCESS STORY: C5+O.N.E. ED. TRAINING PROGRAM
Participating in the C5+O.N.E. Ed. training program was a tremendous honor. During the month-long offline training in Almaty, I acquired new knowledge and skills in teaching English. One of the standout methodologies I learned is "Sharing is Caring," which emphasizes feedback and reflection. This approach has enriched my teaching toolkit and allowed me to foster a more collaborative classroom environment.
The most memorable moment for me was organizing the "Fashion Show" during the program's closing ceremony. It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with colleagues from various countries and contribute to the planning and execution of the show. This event was not only a celebration of our achievements but also a testament to our collective creativity and teamwork.

Interacting with colleagues from other Central Asian countries was invaluable. I learned fascinating facts about their traditions and cultures, which broadened my perspective. We also exchanged experiences and insights in the field of English language teaching, enriching our professional practices.
Participating in the training significantly transformed my approach to teaching English. It encouraged me to shift from a traditional teaching style to a "Student-Centered Learning" approach. This change has allowed me to focus more on the needs and interests of my students, making the learning experience more engaging and effective.
Before the program, I was somewhat hesitant about public speaking. However, the supportive environment provided by the instructors and my colleagues helped me build confidence. We encouraged each other rather than criticize, which was empowering. Delivering a speech at the closing ceremony was a pivotal moment for me, boosting my self-assurance and revealing my potential as a communicator.
In the third stage of the program, we are expected to organize meetings, seminars, and other activities to apply our individual and group learning. This presents an excellent opportunity for me to share my experiences with my colleagues. I plan to host sessions and seminars where I can introduce them to the program, explain how to participate, and share insights from both the online and offline courses. By doing so, I hope to inspire and enhance the teaching practices within my school and the broader community of educators.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek for their sponsorship, as well as to World Learning, KazTEA, our dedicated trainers, and the incredible C5+ONE Edu team. Your vision, guidance, and support have been invaluable. I eagerly anticipate future programs and look forward to participating again. Thank you for making this experience possible.
