Assiya R.Sulkarnaeva is a PhD in Linguistics, Candidate in Phil. Sci.,

Associate Professor of Philology Department, Head of English Language Sector, and Research Board Secretary at Kazakhstan Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Co-responsibilities are as follows:

• the Deputy Chairman of the PhD Dissertation Council at Leo Gumilyov Eurasian National University (2021-2024);
• the English Committee Chairman forLive Word of Poetry online contest (2022);
• the Editor-in-Chief for annual KazTEA Conference Proceedings (since 2016).

Assiya has more than 25years including publicschools and national universities in Astana, Almaty, Kokshetau. Since 2012 she is been teaching at Kazakhstan Branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University.. Within her research and publishing activity Assiya is an author and co-author of 3 monographs, 25 books (learning and methodological guides, glossaries, manuals, etc.), more than 100 research papers (Scopus, Web of Science, KKSON, Russian VAK, RSCI). Editorial experience: editor-in-chief, member of editorial boards in conference proceedings of KazTEA (since 2012), KSU (2008-2011); ENU glossaries and textbooks (2011-2016), MSU Branch (since 2012)..
