Developed by EFL teachers from the C5 countries—Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan—this Resource Guide brings together lesson plans and professional development plans from the C5+ O.N.E. Ed program, implemented by World Learning in partnership with KazTEA.

The digital collection features practical materials targeted at building speaking confidence, teaching vocabulary in context, using authentic and digital media, integrating AI tools to support learning, and designing interactive lessons. You’ll also find ready-to-use activities like debates, real-world email writing, problem-solving tasks, and project-based assignments that promote meaningful communication and learner engagement.

The materials support both General English and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) contexts and align with U.S. and international best practices in English language teaching.

The result is a focused, high-quality set of resources that teachers can adapt and use with confidence in their own classrooms or training settings.
