Kevin McCaughey works at the Regional English Language Office

for Central Asia, at the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent.  Previously, he worked at embassies in Ukraine, Serbia, and South Africa.  Kevin has offered trainings for teachers in such exotic places as Madagascar, Yemen, North Macedonia, and Semey, Kazakhstan.  He likes games in learning and would like to see more classrooms without desks and chairs.
