Nick Manthei is a member of the global Oxford
University Press ELT professional development team. He is most visible when delivering training to schools, but also does many behind-the-scenes activities related to the job such as designing professional development programs for larger schools, creating bite-sized online professional development modules and finding effective ways for teachers to support their never-ending education. His workshops tend to be hands-on and uses his many years of experience working in Turkish and Korean schools to give practical examples of how to deliver great lessons. In addition to his work with Oxford University Press he is also a full-time father and lives in the beautiful city of Izmir. He has been to Kazakhstan four times and loves it more and more each time.
