Participating in the C5+ONEed Program has been a truly transformative experience that provided me with valuable opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

During Phase 3 of the program, I gained new perspectives, strengthened my teaching skills, and developed greater confidence as an educator and leader. One of my proudest achievements was leading two professional development (PD) sessions, both of which were highly engaging, interactive, and enjoyable for the participants.

The webinars, training sessions, and online meetings with my coach played a significant role in helping me improve my ability to lead workshops and seminars effectively. Through this experience, I not only enhanced my professional knowledge but also discovered the importance of collaboration, leadership, and continuous learning.
