When I joined the C5 + O.N.E program, I thought it would just be about learning new skills. Instead, it became a journey of courage and discovery.
One of my proudest moments? Leading an English Club for learners across Central Asia bringing people together to share ideas, practice, and grow. It was more than just language learning, it was building a community.
And then came the day I’ll never forget standing in front of Mr.German Gomez, World Learning Director, presenting my work and vision. Nerves? Absolutely. But also the strongest sense of purpose I’ve ever felt.
The program taught me that growth begins the moment you dare to step forward.  And I’m grateful for every challenge, every teammate, and every lesson along the way.

The C5+ ONE program is an experience I will treasure for a lifetime. My month in Almaty was more than studying — it was a journey filled with knowledge, culture, and the kind of friendships that feel like family. Meeting people from across Central Asia was the most precious part: we shared dreams, laughed together, and built a unity that went far beyond the program itself.

What made it even more special were the cultural differences we discovered. From greetings and traditions to food and celebrations, each detail showed me how beautifully diverse our region is. These moments taught me that diversity is not a barrier but a gift, and by embracing it, we grow stronger together. C5+ ONE gave me confidence, inspiration, and a true sense of belonging to something greater.

This summer 2025, I had the opportunity to take part in the C5+ONE workshop in Almaty on English for Specific Purposes for English teachers. The program was a unique experience that combined professional learning with creative and interactive activities. Our trainers from the United States gave us a great sense of freedom in learning - their open, supportive style made the sessions both effective and enjoyable. I developed my communication and leadership skills, while also gaining new insights into contemporary teaching methods. What stood out most was the relaxed format of the sessions - whether in the park, through games, or in interest-based clubs which encouraged self-expression and creativity. Beyond the classroom, spending time with international colleagues, exploring the city together, and joining cultural events like Qazaq Fest made the experience even more meaningful. Overall, it was an inspiring journey that I am excited to share with my colleagues and future teachers.
