The C5+O.N.E.Ed program opened new doors for me as an educator and as a person. Over the course of a year through online training, collaborative projects, and the face-to-face phase in Almaty. I gained far more than new teaching methods and techniques.
This experience became an important step in both my professional and personal growth. I had the privilege of learning from outstanding mentors and trainers from World Learning and connecting with nearly 200 talented educators from across Central Asia. Being surrounded by such passionate and inspiring teachers motivated me to grow, reflect, and see education from a broader perspective.

One of the most valuable parts of this journey was the collaboration and friendships we built across countries and cultures. I discovered both the similarities and differences in our educational systems and learned approaches that work in different contexts. These experiences truly expanded my perspective and helped me mature both as a professional and as a person.

Living in Almaty for a month also allowed me to discover the city in a completely new way, and the opportunity to visit Astana and Nazarbayev University - one of the leading universities in Kazakhstan and Central Asia - was especially inspiring.
